31 Oct-3rd Nov 2025 The Sweet Life Retreat
The Sweet Life Retreat was launched in 2024 by Megan Brown and Charlie Faulkner with a singular goal of reminding people that life can be sweet. We combine yoga, meditation and sound with breathtaking nature, delicious home cooked food and a vibrant community inclusive of all genders, ages and walks of life to nurture our energy together and embody total sweetness.
Yoga teachers, soul sisters and besties Charlie and Megan will be guiding you through this journey of sweetness. Yoga brought us together and changed everything for us, and we want to share that with you. Both will lead you through nourishing, soft yet strong practices which will cultivate your internal fire to leave you feeling truly alive. Yoga styles will include but aren’t limited to: elemental & mandala vinyasa, yin & restorative yoga, plus sound healing.
Expect to laugh, grow and love intensely through these days together. Community is the most important thing to us.

“Memories of Wholeness - Gifts of a Dharmic Path and Practice” - Silent Retreat with Olivia Clarke
Returning for the third year running, Olivia loves to guide people into the depths of Winter. Wintering is an invitation to deepen, hibernate, rest as the Earth does, gather collectively around roaring log fires, as we winter together and enjoy the nourishing beauty of silence, deep yin, and wisdom of Maitri. Wisdom is a slow, gradual deepening, blooming, flourishing, as we come to know ourselves, in more loving ways. Maitri is the practice of making friends with ourselves, unconditionally and wholeheartedly. You sit with yourself. You move closer, no matter what’s going on. You don’t try to get rid of anything. You recognize your humanity. You learn to stay. Maitri strengthens us with stability and steadfastness. It also softens us. You are invited to rest back and relax deeply into the present moment.
These retreats are exceptionally popular, so book early to secure your place.

Women only guided walking adventures with Helen Venus from Wild Rambling
The curving mountain ranges around Brecon have long been one of the iconic images of Wales, and now the name of this beautiful landscape is also unmistakably Welsh, as the Brecon Beacons has officially switched to using its Welsh name, Bannau Brycheiniog – or “the Bannau” for short. Not only are we perfectly placed to explore the eastern part of the National Park, the Wye Valley isn’t too far away either. We expect this holiday to be at a moderate level - with walks up to 10 miles a day, and some ascent and descent involved.
