Event Catering
Catering for Special Events at Wern-y-Cwm Farm is all about working with you to deliver what you want. We aim to use seasonal, home or locally grown or farmed produce. Our meals look as delicious as they taste; everything must be stunning here.
Farm-to-table menus: Crafted using organically gardened produce, grown on-site and locally farmed or sourced ingredients where possible.
Tailored for you: Whether it’s a birthday banquet, retreat, corporate gathering, or private celebration, menus are customized to reflect the event’s tone and your guests’ preferences.
Eclectic décor: The properties or Great Barn are all gorgeous with unique creative design inspiration. Think long tables under oak beams, candlelit with incredibly crockery, table ware and wildflower bouquets.
Dietary inclusivity: Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options are thoughtfully prepared when required.

Special Occasions: Give the cook a break too when staying at the farm? You may order from the Farm Kitchen for easy self catering, or think Ski Chalet style - we can cater your entire stay whether it is a yoga retreat, family holiday, friends re-union or big birthday weekend. You may wish to have just one special meal in the Great Barn, or for us to cater the first day - or possibly the whole stay. We tailor all catering to suit your needs, so drop us a line if you would like to chat, but for an idea of the costs:
Meals can be served in any of the properties, but for an idea of numbers
The Farmhouse seats 12-28 guests,
The Dairy 6-12 guests
The Great Barn 2-85 guests.
Pricing starts at:
3 course served sit-down meal - £48 pp
2 course hot served buffet - £38pp
Afternoon tea spread - £35pp

We are fully flexible and can also work to your budget. The above prices includes table laying service, chef, waiters/bar staff and washing up (to an agreed time).
We can also cook but leave you to self-serve and clear up after the meal at a reduced price.
Large scale events, retreats & wakes: Prices for full retreat catering are very reasonable. We can cook vegan, vegetarian or meat-based menus.
For specific gathering such as funeral wakes or business meetings, please contact us to discuss our canapes, bowl, or finger food options.
