Spend a mindful moment watching the rill, fountain or watch the water falls tumble off the mountain by the Newt Pond garden - maybe from the island.
Natural Swimming Pool
Ideal for year-round cold-water dips in fresh water, pumped and filtered through the plants without chlorine or bromides. Relax on a lounger and enjoy peace.
Old Oak Tree Swings
The swings in the Wern-y-Wellness garden offer fun for little ones or a place to relax for big people. Children must be accompanied.
Mediterranean Donkeys
Our adorable “dinky” donkeys are called Gina & Bella. They love a cuddle over the fence, but be careful of little fingers.

View our incredible works of art, take a look at some of the artists here. We will happily show you round the Great Barn if its not booked.
Sauna
Enjoy our Sauna-with-a-view after your cold-water dip. Book a private 2 hour session in advance (with a fee).
Double Swing Seat
Offering the perfect Instagram spot framing the Skirrid Mountain at the back of the Great Barn. (Free to use if no private event.)
Picnic in the Fields
Pack a picnic, rug, and take your tribe to a favourite spot up the mountain or across the 30 acre farm.
Vintage HY Camper Van
Eloise is a dream romantic hideaway. Pre-book her as an extra surprise treat during your stay or just take a peek if she is not booked.
Croquet
Farmhouse guests may hold a competitive game on the front lawn, which offers the perfect pitch.
Table Tennis
Farmhouse & Dairy guests might like to get competitive with a heated family or friends tournament.

Wildflower Meadows
In season walk round the bottom fields, take our Wildflower Survey & hold a ‘spot the species’ competition. Download here.
Grass Amphitheatre
Perform a play, give a speech, use for Yoga or a dramatic setting for family charades or a talent show. Just help yourself.
BBQ & Cooking Over Fire
Cook up a feast on the BBQ or toast some marshmallows over the firepits. Logs booked in advance (with a fee).
Hammocks
Farmhouse & Dairy guests can hang out in the hammocks found in the woods and orchard.
Trampoline
Farmhouse guests may bounce to their hearts' content on the sunken trampoline with a great view.
Hot Tubs
Farmhouse & Dairy guests may enjoy a relaxing soak in their private hot tubs. Booked in advance (with a fee).
The Glasshouse
Visit the glasshouse, take a book or game and relax in the warm. (Available to book for a private tea, no charge.)
Book the Great Barn
Plan a special banquet surrounded by amazing art and admire the incredible beams and views. Booked in advance (with a fee).
Dragon Hunt
Search for loving, entwined dragons, and their sleeping baby (tree sculptures) behind the Great Barn. (If no private event.)
E-bike Hire
Book our Mountain E-bike with full suspension and auto-adjust saddle in large and can arrange more to be delivered. Pre-book in advance.
Dog Walks
Let your furry family run free across the bottom fields which are generally livestock-free, but always check for sheep first.

Scooters. Children may take them for a spin down the drive, (Found outside the office or in the Captain's Cave, helmets in the blue post cupboard.)
Den in the Deep Dark Wood. Farmhouse guests should find our den and build their own in the deep dark wood. Perfect spot for listening to the dawn chorus.
Darts. Cider House guests enjoy a game in the back courtyard, Farmhouse guests in the Disco Den.
Star Gazing. Turn off the outside lights and enjoy the night sky or take a night walk to the sound of owls and foxes, looking out for badgers and hedgehogs.
Disco. Farmhouse guests may enjoy being disco divas in the old cellar den.
Books, Games, Puzzles, Toys & Cards. Look in drawers and on the shelves to find a wide collection to keep all ages busy on a rainy day across all houses.
Bumble Bee Spotting. Our organically farmed land is heaven for bees & butterflies. Download our survey here and please notify us of any new finds.
Watch the Honey Bees. Walk up to the bee hives and watch over the fence as they work hard to make their delicious honey. Take some home, sold here.
Foraging. Eat off the land with advice from our books of fungi, hedgerows and foraging found in each house and the Great Barn, or book an expert walk in advance (with a fee).
Dawn Chorus. Experience the bird world waking up. Sit on the benches behind the Dairy, back of the Cider House by the rill, or in the Den in the Deep Dark Wood off the Farmhouse. Close your eyes and listen, 15 mins before dawn. Use the Merlin App to discover who you are listening to.
