wern-y-cwm

This Grade II listed farmhouse, with its incredible Great Barn, Granary and Cider House, is set high up on the edge of the Skirrid Mountain with views across four counties, a few minutes’ drive from Abergavenny station and just over 2 hours by train from central London.

A labour of love restoration, each building has been extensively renovated whilst retaining their original features dating back to 1570. Open fires and eco heating make it a cosy & romantic autumn or winter venue and the wildflowers and grounds are beyond compare for an outdoor reception in the spring & summer. The cathedral sized barn offers entertainment space for 20 to 200, and peace of mind whatever the season or weather.

When you book this amazing property, it is all yours to enjoy and treat as your own. Wern-Y-Cwm remains a private home with a warm welcome, and in the spirit of sharing we wish you to be inspired and learn, to laugh, to love and more than anything, to create memories to cherish for the rest of your life.
