Hosting a Christmas get together in The Great Barn is like stepping into a festive fairy-tale. With its cathedral-like grandeur, suspended open fire, and seating for up to 50 guests, it’s the perfect setting for a magical holiday feast or company bonding session.

Christmas party availabilities is on mid-week bookings (Monday to Thursday Nights) from Monday 1st December to Thursday 18th December 2025, or by arrangement at other times.

Catering: If you have visited the farm in the past you will know from our eclectic décor, artwork and gardens that we are anything but traditional. When it comes to the catering we favour delicious meals using locally sourced, home-grown or foraged ingredients which are influenced by Ayurvedic cooking; a holistic approach to food and nutrition which aligns the menu with seasonal changes. Consuming food should start with the eyes; our dishes should look as good as they taste.
However, if you are looking for a traditional Christmas Dinner we are happy to oblige. Our aim is to be as flexible as possible. working with your preferences and budget to tailor a menu which your guests will enjoy.
Drinks: We have a licensed bar and offer a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. We can source most requests, or hold a curated selection of very reasonably priced house wines, Crémant, beer, cider and soft drinks.
Accommodation: We have 16 guest bedrooms across the three houses surrounding the Great Barn and encourage overnight stays. Many of our business guests have a company meeting on the day of their Christmas evening reception to make the most of having the wider team all together at once.
Activities: We are happy to arrange group activities for company bonding, from Gong Baths to Drumming Workshops for larger groups or individual holistic therapies or massages for smaller ones. See the list of options here.
