The Great Barn at Wern-y-Cwm Farm is a beautifully restored exceptional example of an 18th century cruciform barn. It provides a warm and adaptable space (2,200 sq ft) where your team may connect away from the distractions of the office. Retaining the rustic features but incorporating modern amenities, it is designed to foster creativity and productivity, making it ideal for brainstorming sessions, leadership retreats, and networking events.
The flexible layout, allows for formal presentations, interactive discussions, or relaxed breakout sessions. High-speed WiFi ensures connectivity, while the tranquil surroundings and large doors opening onto stunning gardens create a fresh and unique atmosphere a million miles from your average business hotel.
Catering from our 5 Star service uses home grown and locally sourced ingredients where possible and may be booked to suit your needs, from a simple buffet lunch to a gastro tasting meal. Additionally, numerous outdoor spaces provide opportunities for informal meetings, team-building activities, and moments of relaxation or al-fresco dining in the stunning gardens.
For those travelling from afar, or looking to extend their stay, comfortable en-suite accommodation is available.
Travel is surprisingly easy arriving by train from London Paddington in around 2 hours, or Cardiff in 35 minutes to Abergavenny, just 10 minutes drive from the farm. Reaching the from the Midlands and Bristol takes around an hour by car. Alternatively private transfers from Bristol, Birmingham and Heathrow Airports can be arranged. EV charging is available of course.
