Gower Chocolate Brownies
We can't grow chocolate, but we can't live without it, so we've teamed up with our friends Kate & Rob from Gower Chocolate Brownies. If you don't agree that they are the best Brownies in the world we just won't believe you. They come in large trays (measuring 32 x 18 x 2cm) suitable for cutting into 12 - 16 portions (for the photo I cut the slab into 16). Top with a few blackberries foraged from the hedgerows (in season), or some strawberries picked from the garden and lashings of cream or ice cream. They keep for a week in the fridge, warm for a few seconds before serving (if eaten from the fridge). Beware - they are very popular, so order plenty for everyone!

GF = We have numerous recipes which are made without Gluten, but due to FSA rules we can not list them as Gluten Free, please check the ingredients

Your order will be left in your Wern-y-Cwm holiday home kitchen ready for your arrival, either in the fridge, freezer or on the kitchen work surface.
Serving suggestions are not included with your order. The 'meal' will be supplied in a covered dish with warming instructions, where relevant. Our serving suggestions are to help with your shopping list and the styling of your order. The serving dishes are re-used and not included in the purchase.
