    Winter Menu

    Chicken, Pancetta and Leek Pie

Our menu wouldn't be Welsh if we didn't find a way to incorporate leeks, the national emblem of Wales, found pinned to our lapels on St David's day.  There is a local legend that King Cadwaladr of Gwynedd ordered his soldiers to wear leeks so they could identify each other on a gory battle field, which is where the tradition started.

Here we have combined them in our creamy chicken and pancetta pie which always goes down super well. Pop in the oven to warm, steam some veg, and your hearty meal is on the table in minutes.

    Meal for 6-8: £43
