    Butternut Squash (or Pumpkin) and Sage Risotto (VG)

    Risotto is a faff to cook from scratch, all that stiring for ages on end. Our Butternut Squash (or Pumpkin, depending on the garden) recipe, is delivered to you ready to finish off in the pan minutes before eating it. You will need to stir for the last few minutes as you warm it, to ensure it is perfectly al-dente, and cooked to perfection. Add some extra sage and pine nuts for a sophisticated touch. Serve with salad as a healthy main course or as a supper party starter in a smaller portion.

    Onion, garlic, celery, white wine (sulphur dioxide), olive oil, vegetable boullion (contains traces of soya), arborio rice, sage, salt, pepper (VEGAN, GLUTEN FREE)

    Your order will be left in your Wern-y-Cwm holiday home kitchen ready for your arrival, either in the fridge, freezer or on the kitchen work surface. 

    Serving suggestions are not included with your order. The 'meal' will be supplied in a covered dish with warming instructions, where relevant. Our serving suggestions are to help with your shopping list and the styling of your order. The serving dishes are re-used and not included in the purchase.
