Rhubarb & Ginger Crumble
WIth an extra cruchy topping, home grown rhubarb (no pesticides or anything nasty here) and deliciously tangy crystallised ginger to add a little sophistication. This pudding is sure to be a winner, leaving people wanting more! It's also incredible for breakfast with natural yoghurt, if there is any left over - which is unlikely.
