    Crab Apple Jelly

    We pick the crab apples from the hedgerows and make the jelly in our kitchens, passing it through muslin cloths in the traditional way. A favourite for centuries, it was traditinally eaten with roast lamb, pork or game, but is great with a cream tea or on toast. Once open keep refridgerated  and consume within 6 months. Due to stringent Food Standard Agency rules we are not allowed to sell jam in our clean up-cycled jars. However, we are delighted to gift you a jar with any order whilst stocks last.

    Your order will be left in your Wern-y-Cwm holiday home kitchen ready for your arrival, either in the fridge, freezer or on the kitchen work surface. 

    Serving suggestions are not included with your order. The 'meal' will be supplied in a covered dish with warming instructions, where relevant. Our serving suggestions are to help with your shopping list and the styling of your order. The serving dishes are re-used and not included in the purchase.
